• Design and configure billing platform

Requirements
• Experience of 3-5 years (min 3 on IN and 5 in Telecom)
• Clear understanding of the BSS & Network market place and the industry issues faced by operators
• Able to understand and discuss communications network architectures and topologies (GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE, IMS, PSTN, IN, NGIN, PCRF, etc)
• Good understanding of telecommunication standards and protocols (3GPP standards, OMA standards, ETSI standards, IETF standards; especially SS7/SIGTRAN, SIP, Diameter, etc)
• Good understanding of IN/NGIN services (VPN, Number Translation, Number Portability, ENUM, etc)
• Knowledge of technical issues as they pertain to the Telecom industryDeep understanding of GSM, CDMA and Data Network technologies
• Should have hands on experience in both development and implementation
• Programming language such as C / C++ / Java, Perl or Unix Shell scripting
• Hands on experience in in Commissioning work on IN and Network Element Integration
• Experience in Configuration of Rate Plans, Wallets, Balances, Life Cycle
