Back Ground:
FET provides GSM and Internet based services.
FET replaced their Legacy System i.e. CABS2000 (GSM) to a convergent billing system (Arbor).

This project involves, implementation of Order Management System (Developed and Customized by Accenture), Kenan/BP (Customer Care and Billing System), cleansing, data re-modeling of Kenan/BP and customizing to their Business requirements.

Product Details:
– Kenan/BP v8.5.x
– Frontend developed by Accenture. This is the same Order Mgmt that they had
developed for MobileOne and Time Telecom, but customized for FET′s use and supports
Double Byte.
– Most of the Application run on Compaq Servers
– Database is Oracle 8.5

Our involvement:
– Testing of Data migration and configuration during the final stage of the project.
– Work-around solutions, to some of their Business requirements that were unable to meet using Kenan/BP.
