Optus is an Australian leader in integrated communications - serving more than five million customers each day. The company provides a broad range of communications services including mobile, national and long distance services, local telephony, international telephony, business network services, internet and satellite services and subscription television.

Optus provides GSM, Telephony, Cable, Broadband and Internet based services.

Optus replaced their Legacy System to a convergent billing system (Kenan). This project involves, implementation of Kenan/BP (Customer Care and Billing System), and customizing to their Business requirements.

Product Details:
 –  Kenan/BP v8.5.x
 –  Front end is developed internally with IBM.
 –  Database is Oracle 8.5
 –  Most of the Application run on SUN Servers
Our involvement:
 –  Configuration of Kenan/BP.
 –  Implementation of testing strategy and heading the integration test team.
