TCL's CC&B architecture consists of Kenan/OM, Kenan/BP,
Clarify, ICSS, BMP, SAP and SmallWorld with TIBCO middleware. TCL have been constantly enhancing their architecture with the implementation of Kenan/OM, migration of Legacy System (GOSP & MEGA) to Kenan, Upgrade of ICSS, BMP and Clarify. They have currently
upgraded to Kenan/FX

– Provisioning / Mediation systems are part of the ICSS product and the remaining is handled using Process Manager (iPlanet)

Our involvement:
– Configuration of Arbor/BP and Arbor/OM to their Business requirement.
– Design testing strategy for the upgrade and helping in the development and testing exercise.
– Development of DLL′s for integrating Clarify to Arbor/BP, based on the Business requirement.
– Managing and implementing the complete migration of their legacy system GOSP, MEGA and Saville to Arbor/OM, Arbor/BP & ICSS.
– Helping in their day-to-day operational requirement and problem solving.
– Developing various interfaces to improve Billing Operations, User Management and integrating all
the external third party systems.
– Developed the required products/components in Arbor for the UBS project
– Developed the required products/components in Arbor for the BizLine project
Examples such as developing interface for configuring rate changes for Product house,
Comprehensive Usage reject analysis and
modification, improving corridor plan management etc.
